$10.00+VAT per person for 140 guests or $1,540 (final numbers over 140 to be advised the Wednesday before)

Starters

1. on each table will be a selection of pate and antipasto with garlic naan bread and fresh French bread

Main Buffet

1. Tomato and red kidney bean pasta
2. Vegetarian Lasagne
3. Lamb Kofta Kebabs with cucumber/yoghurt/mint sauce
4. Tandoori chicken pieces
5. Thai Chicken with noodles
6. Smoked walu and fresh fish potato pie with herbed rice
7. Green salad

Dessert

1. to each table we will serve a platter of pastries, profiteroles and chocolate slices
   

We will include cost of table linen. We propose using good quality plastic ware for plates and cutlery. We will include waitress service and will serve a top table of approx 12 people (proper crockery and cutlery) but otherwise it is to be a buffet service.
We will provide and serve drinks with our own glasses and barmen.We have allowed a fresh fruit punch, soft drinks, wine and draft beer.
