- roast fillet with a marsala wine and mushroom sauce
- fish fillets with a parmesan and breadcrumb coating
- chicken rolls stuffed with apricots, pine nuts and fresh herbs
- honey,soya sauce and sesame glazed chicken drumsticks & wings
- beef fillet with a chicken liver pate (or boursin cheese) centre
- smoked salmon,cream cheese and asparagus filled pastry parcels
- served with 3 salads and washed potatoes
DESSERTS choice of 3
- Creme caramels with praline and a burnt orange salad
- Cinnamon and nut roll with maple flavoured cream filling
- Apple pie with syllabub (lemony sweet cream)
- Kiwi fruit topping cheesecake

Your table is to be set ready please. Your housegirl is requested to be on duty to help and advise on location of utensils etc and running of the kitchen and putting away. Staff cost is included but a $5 taxi fare at the end of the evening is to be given to the staff as they leave please.
