A Buffet Lunch Menu


QUOTATION : $320 +VAT fixed price for a minimum of 14 guests
and a maximum of 18 guests


BUFFET please choose 4 items only
  1. Cordon bleu chicken or chicken w/cheese pocket or apricot glazed stuffed chicken roll or chinese red sauce chicken kebabs
  2. Marinated bbq lamb chops or lamb & vegetable kebabs
  3. Smoked walu and fresh mayonnaise
  4. Herbed beef fillet slices
  5. Baked aubergine in lolo
    cassava balls
  6. The following salads:-
    mixed lettuce salad
    tomato and parsley salad
    cucumber and dill salad
    wild rice and vegetable salad

DESSERT

  1. Profiteroles
  2. small open apple and almond tarts
    or
    cheese and fruit platter
  3. Coffee or tea to be provided by hostess

All napkins,china and cutlery, to be provided by you please. I will provide serving platters as may be necessary unless you wish for me to use yours. I would also request your housegirls/assistants help in the kitchen to assist to wash up and put away.
The cost of my staff is included.


Please confirm menu 5 days ahead and reconfirm guest numbers 2 working days before your function.

Waitresses at $15 each, Bar tenders at $22 each per function extra charge.
