A Large 300+ Dinner


Based on 300 guests at a cost of $24 per hd + VAT
Cocktail Savouries, Buffet main course, Light Dessert/Cheese and Coffee/tea


Canapés

  1. cheese onion bake with vegetables, smoked walu paté with garlic toasts,
  2. cheese/asparagus choux puffs, and sushi

Main course Buffet

  1. chicken sesame/ginger/soy satays
  2. parmesan fish fillets with a lemon & honey mustard sauce
  3. deboned roast leg of lamb basted with a honey/kiwi fruit sauce
  4. tofu in black bean sauce on stir fried vegetables(V)
  5. grilled vegetable basil and pine nut pasta(V)
  6. scallop potatoes baked in cream
  7. buttered carrot, zucchini and parsnip sticks
  8. fluffy white rice with peas and corn
  9. fresh garden salad
  10. bread rolls

Light Dessert

  1. a platter of fruit kebabs and
  2. grapes, brie and biscuits served to each table
  3. Tea and coffee service on request

We will supply all cutlery,crockery,trays, serving platters and serving utensils.

We will lay up, serve and clear the tables and wash up. We assume that you will provide the buffetand bar tables, the other tables and chairs, table cloths and decorations yourselves. We would need to start laying up the individual
tables as early as midday on the 6th.

Total cost of food and service $7,920 VIP
Payment terms: May we request a 20% deposit to be paid on confirmation and then another
30% one week before the function with the balance to be paid in the week after the function.


We will charge for table cloths,cutlery and crockery at cost. We will provide service. We are to serve a top table of approx 12 people but otherwise it is to be a buffet service.
We also understand that you will provide and serve drinks with your own glasses and barmen.


Please confirm menu 5 days ahead and reconfirm guest numbers 2 working days before your function.
