The following choices are offered for a cost of $7.00+VAT per person.
Please select 8 different savouries from the range to suit your guest's preferences.
A minimum charge of $220vip is made unless agreed by special arrangement.

A mix and match menu with the main menu can be arranged.
Some ingredients are subject to availability.



SAVOURIES SUGGESTIONS:
Pastries:- with any of the following fillings:-

  1. Choux puff pastries mushroom sauce, leek & cheese, curried baigan
  2. Puff pastries and asparagus and cheese, curried baigan, sweet corn
  3. Short pastry tartlets pimento and cheese, cheese with stuffed olive


Other things:-

  1. Triple decker sandwiches, tofu sausage bows,
  2. tofu balls in sweet'n'sour sauce cassava and herbed balls and tartare sauce
  3. pineapple/cheese/mint sticks herbed philadelphia cheese dip and fresh veges cheese and sweet
  4. pickles baigan and lolo pate on toast
  5. egg paté with 'caviar' celery sticks stuffed with a herbed cream cheese
  6. duruka in a spicy sauce duruka in lolo
  7. artichoke hearts in batter marinated vegetable kebabs
  8. quiche pieces asparagus rolls with brown bread
  9. asparagus sticks in a cheesey pastry vegetable samosas with tamarind dip
  10. guacamole dip and fresh vegetables avacado & egg in choux puff pastries
  11. mini pizzas pesto on garlic toasts
  12. cheese straws and dip smoked cheese pastry triangles
  13. vegetable tempura stuffed devilled eggs
  14. breadfruit nibbles anchovy pastry stick
