The Pacific Islands are situated in three main cultural regions; Micronesia, Melanesia and Polynesia.
These geographically and culturally diverse islands are linked only by the South Pacific Ocean.

Island culture is rooted in the definition of a sense of place and meaning. This is expressed in many different mediums - from weapons and sea going vessels to jewelry and dress, household utensils and representations of deities.

This is the home and gallery
of the art of the South Pacific.
We have galleries of both sculptures and
paintings from a total of eight Island countries.

Stretching from Melansian Papua New Guinea to Kiribati in Micronesia and Samoa in Polynesia, we cover all the major art found in the South Pacific.
